 My name is Tara Joy Cassidy, I have been an athlete my whole life and always loved moving my body. I have more than 20 years of full-time Personal Training, Yoga and group class experience. 


My goal is to develop and optimize your physical performance, nutrition and wellness. I motivate people to be their best. I enjoy working with a variety of people at different stages in life and promote a healthy balanced lifestyle based on each individual’s unique needs. I aim to create a positive impact on communities and the world through holistic wellness.


 I offer private classes, group classes virtual and in-person. I host several different types of workshops, retreats, vegan cooking lessons and party events!

Everyday is different, every body is different. Take it one day at a time. Move your body, eat natural delicious whole foods 80% of the time. Keep and maintain your goals of health and wellness! It’s all about feeling healthy, accomplished, pleased and cheerful. Do less, slow down, better not perfect.

Developing personal daily rituals can improve your mood, and increase mental and physical discipline. Daily self-care rituals are methods of self-love and are often underrated. Movement can keep us balanced, focused and feeling blessed in the moment. Many of us have busy schedules so do what you can when you can, even 5 minutes of breathing, exercise or picking something healthier to eat can change the course of your day.

Movement keeps your energy where it belongs, within you. Increasing your breath creates presence and stillness in your mind, enhancing your overall feeling of wellness, joy and quality of life. Fast or slow, just flow. Move in any way you can.
