Who I Am

Movement has always been a part of my life but wellness became my purpose. 


For over two decades, I've worked at the intersection of movement and holistic health; helping clients build strength, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that supports real life. My background spans personal training, yoga, nutrition, and embodied movement but my approach is simple: meet the body where it is, and build from there.


As a lifelong athlete and movement enthusiast, I've experienced firsthand how intentional training, mindful nourishment, and consistent habits can transform not just how we look - but how we feel, think, and show up in the world.


I work with clients across many stages of life, from those rebuilding after injury, to those navigating hormonal shifts, to younger clients looking to build strength and confidence from a strong foundation. Whether your goal is improved performance, better energy, stress resilience, or simply feeling more at home in your body, our work together is designed to support long term results.

My philosophy blends practical strength training with restorative practices and structured programming with intuitive awareness. Because true wellness isn't extreme - it's aligned.
