Welcome to my Website!
My name is Tara Joy Cassidy and I have been an athlete my whole life and always loved moving my body. I grew up doing ballet and tap dancing. At ten years old I started karate and swimming, followed by soccer. In high school I played softball all year round and hockey and soccer as well. When I went to college and needed a job, I ended up working for the recreation department in the school weight room and loved it. I met new people every day, and enjoyed the different workouts and classes.
Through my education in nutrition, life coaching, and physical fitness, I have continued to incorporate healthy habits into my life. When I make movement, and natural choices like eating healthy a priority, everything in my everyday life falls into place and I live with a sense of ease.
My intention is to help my clients fall in love with healthy living and fitness. When we develop and optimize personal physical performance, nutrition, and overall wellness, it allows us to be our best and brightest selves. We will create a plan that works specifically for you. I am trained to work with people in different stages of life as well as working with people who have new or healed injury concerns. By promoting a healthy balanced lifestyle based on each individual's unique needs, we are able to work together in creating new and lasting habits that will support your personal strengths and goals.
