Move slow in this calm classic yoga practice.
An upbeat stretch class that incorporates basic yoga poses for flexibility and mobility. Where one posture flowed to the next one in a yoga flow class fashion.
Full body, Legs or Arms & Back. Upbeat all levels.
We dance and flow incorporates yoga movements to tribal music. This is a very follow my lead class with a large emphasis on moving your body in the way that best fits you! All levels Class must take at least 5 beginner yoga classes to enter and bring knee pads.
Intermediate and advanced. Focus on deep stretches mat based splits and back bending openers.
Active Class focus on mobility and keeping the body youthful. All Levels.
Silent practice, following the teachers lead. Intermediate students. Tribal music played loudly during this free flow.
This class is a merge between our tribal flow class, our stretch and flex class and our liquid motion dance class all in one! Intermediate students. Bring knee pads.

An introduction to what liquid motion is. Going through basic beginner moves slowly focusing on proper form and body awareness.
Liquid Motion Moves Drilled over and over with fitness style reps and sets.
1 Hour Liquid Motion Choreograph Dance Class. You will be led through and learn choreography to music. Level A/B intermediate. Must take 5-10 beginner classes and at least one Liquid Bootcamp class before attending.
